Last week I weighed in at 214 after taking a few days off to eat as I pleased (call it a “cheat week” haha). But after a week, I weighed in this morning (granted I haven’t eaten and everyone knows you weigh less in morning than later in day) I am down to 209.5 lbs!! I’m happy, but of course I won’t stop until I get to 199.
