1 week...so far, so good!

Last week I weighed in at 214 after taking a few days off to eat as I pleased (call it a “cheat week” haha). But after a week, I weighed in this morning (granted I haven’t eaten and everyone knows you weigh less in morning than later in day) I am down to 209.5 lbs!! I’m happy, but of course I won’t stop until I get to 199.

Height – 5’10,
Current weight – 214lbs (BMI=30.85)
Goal weight – 199lbs (BMI=28.69).

Going to Florida June 2nd. I’m trying to see if I can get under 200lbs for first time in several year by that time. Wish me luck.
