I was a smoker for 14 years. After awhile I didn’t see a thrill in it, besides I knew I was doing it just because it was a habit. Surely a habit that can be broken. I started off by only smoking a couple of cigarettes a day for two days, on the second day @ 6pm was the last time I smoked. I feel a dramatic difference with the way I breath, when I walk or go to the gym. I have actually replaced that habit with some other good ones. I am proud of myself for this accomplishment. I would be all too dissapointed in myself if I went back. You have to have very supportive people around you, whether it’s your family or your friends. It’s very important.
