Ok a hard one to work out what to do but here goes….

3. 1+ cardio exercise per week
4. reduce Alcohol intake on nights out
5. 1 Coffee a day
6. Drink more water 1L
7. Eat a well-balanced diet to gain lean mass.
8. Brush teeth for at least two minutes at a time / floss evenings

10 Reduce sugar (in tea/coffee/soda) & reduce added salt
