1. CUT DOWN ON THE CHOCS-fruit tastes much better and it will help me:
2.STOP BINGING-urgghhh
3.See my Grandma at least once a week-except when i’m on holiday away from home
4. Spend more time with my new boyfriend
5. do some revision and get homework done on time
6. be in bed for 10:30-so i’m not so tired
7. be more helpful

Why are we doing this to ourselves? where the hell did this perfect image idea come from? i understand that we can’t help it but i wanna beat my bulimia and i hope everyone else does too. i bet all of you are beautiful people and you really needn’t be behaving like this. and anyway it’s seriously not worth the depression…and though this doesn’t sound great excessive exercise was an easier way for me to purge. it’s up to you to decide though. i’m not saying that you’re wrong to do this to youselves but i am saying we’re all wrong to think like this.
