Today was a pretty good day, eventually. The morning I wasn’t being good. I had little debbie cakes for breakfast, then a yogurt, and then an iced soy caramel latte from a local coffee shop. But the rest of the day I ate healthy and even went to the gym and ran for 25min. So I don’t think my morning mess ups will do any damage at all. Hope everyone is doing well.

It has been 2 months since I’ve been on here. Unfortunately, it has also been 2months since I have been to the gym regularly or watched what I ate. So I have gained 10lbs back. Last time I was on here I was 172lbs and today I am 182lbs. I’m 5’9” so 172 was only 3lbs away from a healthy bmi for myself. Oh well. I’m back to going to the gym now and watching what I eat. I’m going to start using this again as well.
