i talk too fast when i answer the phones at work. and have been writen up TWICE for it. Ive tried recording myself. I’ve tried writing what I have to say on a piece of paper and reading it. I feel like if I talk slower people will think I’m retarded….but if I talk too fast….I’ll lose my job. So stupid….but I really cant afford to! Does anyone have any suggestions?
