Lately I just haven’t had it in my house. It’s a lot easier to avoid that way :-) Wish I could get to the point where I could eat it only occasionally since thats the most healthy thing.
I have generally stuck to this. I honestly do not enjoy most really bad for you food cause I feel so bad eating it, and because my taste buds have become more accustomed to healthy foods than unhealthy food. The few exceptions to this is chocolate and ice cream. I still love these things and enjoy them! -although, I haven’t eatten a plain chocolate bar in a while, more like sugar free choc pudding and fudge ciccles and stuff like that, and of course, rocky road ice cream (chocolatey)..... It definetely seems its a lot easier to give up things once you’ve gone a while without it, for example, i haven’t had peanut butter for about a week, and although thats a healthy food, i get way addicted to it and can’t really go a day w/o in when its in my house--but not having it around, i dont even think about it :)
I should do that with ice cream too.
