get a digital recorder, and some software to automatically transcribe, so that when my valuable words occur to me, i can speak them, and skip the tedium of typing
then when i have my software company, all words spoken on company time will be recorded and transcribed – if they’re not worth recording and transcribing, then they must not have been worth saying, so why pay someone to say them?

My mother spoke highly of cashmere sweaters – I finally bought one – it was good but not fantastic – also very fragile

You must have a triangular base of support. Head and 2 hands, in a triangle. NOT A STRAIGHT LINE!!!
So first kneel, put head on ground like a Muslim, hands in place. NOT BY YOUR EARS, but by your knees – be sure to make a triangle.
Then straighten your legs – u are now on head, hands, and toes.
Knees on elbows.
Then lever toes off ground – u are now on head and hands, in a sort of fetal position, with knees on elbows. Relax and get used to it.
Next step – lift knees off elbows.
FINALLY, straighten legs – a little at a time – watch your balance. If uneasy, come back down.
