How I did it: I trained on the stairmaster for 3 weeks. Had to quit smoking as well :-)On the day of the race, the most difficult part was establishing the pace. I struggled in the first 50 floors as I was either going to fast, or too slow. Once I got the pace right, I was able to make steady pace right till the top. I did it in 31:20 minutes. How I did it: This was one thing that just doesn't happen by itself. It will never impose itself on you. YOU have to take the initiative and do it.I practically closeted myself in my office and completed it. I won’t say a lot. But I will say that if you stop judging people, allowing people to be as diverse as this world is… if you remove that stick that measures people against you… then life suddenly becomes good.
I can honestly say that doing this has turned from a hobby to a profession. In 3 years selling stock photography has allowed me to build an envious studio complete with the latest equipment.
I’d encourage anyone to invest 3 months of learning into this and from there you can go from earning a couple hundred dollars to a few thousand dollars each month.
You may not be able to make this a full-time career, but it feels surprisingly good to see those cheques flowing in each month.
