If you want a cartoon character that looks like you, use a picture of yourself while you are drawing. Get the feel of how your face is shaped by lightly tracing your head with your pencil(not on the paper!!!). Do that a couple of times

How I did it: Being green is great! It just takes determination and a little optimism. I did things I thought were better for the environment, and it made me happy. Anything anyone does makes a difference. Wouldn't it be great if everyone did this? You can join Disney's Friends for Change at http://www.disney.com/friendsforchange Read the tips below! How I did it: I've always had a good voice. If you don't, vocal excersises always help. If you do, sing your best. Trust me, practicing helps ALOT. I practiced the scales the songs I had to preform, and more. I was in the New Orleans production of Annie (a play). It was so hard the first preformance, but I loved it the 2nd all the way to the 12th! Read how I did it…
How I did it: Before I started drawing, I took out a picture of myself . This helped me see myself not looking in the mirror. This does NOT have to look exactly like you. Remember, it's a cartoon! But everyone's different, so focus on details that make you yourself. For example, do you have a mole or birthmark? Include it! I then just copied the picture. THIS IS NOT FINE ART. REMEMBER THAT!!!
