I have been working out and eating healthy but last night I had five churros and today I had a chocolate chip cookie. Sadly, in the past three days I have been letting my emotions get the best of me and I have been making some really unhealthy decisions. I’m going to get back on track this week.

a coke obsession.

I drink so much soda! I know its not as tasty as soda but it can make a differnece in my health and my appearance. Even if I have to add crystal light packets to my water, I still need to drink more.

As Ive gotten older my temper has gotten worse. I have had cell phone throwing hissy fits and screaming rampages. I want to be able to keep my cool and not let little things get to me as much.
