I have started watching movies with the spanish subtitles on. It’s great as some extra practice, but I hope the people who create the subtitles are doing a good job.

Twelve Week 5-K Beginner's Running Program

I am pretty new to running so I thought I would set this goal and follow this program which builds up to it. I was going to start the program this week but I am sick so I will consider this the preprogram warm up week and just do what I can.
Nothing like a vague goal

I wonder if I will ever get this one off my list. Here are the keys I think to achieving this one.
1. Drink lots of water.
2. Eat good food. Avoid harmful food ie sugar.
3. Exercise:swim, run, ski, bike, walk, yoga, abs, weights, gym
4. Meditate
5. Take control of my body
6. Pamper myself
7. Laugh, spend time with good people, have fun
8. Sleep well
