i spend all weekend catching up on all the shows i tivoed during the week. tivo is great but it’s making me a major couch potato. got to get out of the house more!!!

I used to do it several years ago and was amazed how much better I felt. Getting out all that mental garbage, starting the day fresh. Plus it will give me something to do instead of smoking in the morning.



Quit Smoking
may day...may day 3 years ago

30 year smoker. quit once in 2001 for 8 months, started again.
in january, spent 3 days in the hospital because i couldn’t breathe, diagnosed with early COPD. quit totally after getting out but last couple of weeks have been slipping back to full time smoker.
i’m starting to feel lousy again, energy level down and coughing more. i know what the outcome is going to be if i continue to smoke but psychologically it seems tougher than ever.
