Yes, I’ve read about it on many people’s blogs and websites and I am interested in doing it. But I think it will be kind of hard to produce and publish quality and fun photos every day. I make a ton of nice photos, but they’re usually all made in a row on one day, not day after day.
If I can get a better camera this year, I will start the 365 project.
I visited Paris in 2001, but I’d like to visit it again, this time with my family.
The first time at E3 2006.The second and third time at Games Convention 2006.And the fourth time at EA.
And I want to do it again.
I’ve played with Spore four times now. Once at E3 2006, second and third time at the Games Convention in Leipzig (2006) and the fourth time at EA itself.
I know I want this game.
Well, I had already met Will Wright at E3 2006, but a few months later I went to the Games Convention in Leipzig, where Will Wright gave another presentation about Spore. This time I gave him my business card and got a signed Spore greeting card.
I’ve always wanted to meet Will Wright, creator of The Sims, Simcity and Spore. I have met him while visiting E3 2006. We were given the chance to get an exclusive look at the creature editor. It was just a few of us Spore/Sims webmasters, so it wasn’t at all crowded. Will Wright was eating his lunch, lol. I was kind of nervous. One day you’re a fan and you read everything about him, the next day you’re sitting/standing next to him.
I am quite a fan of KPCC, listen almost daily. I would like to donate to KPCC someday, when I can afford it.
I often go to bed late because I like my work so much, I forget about the time. This results in me sleeping longer in the morning than I want. Alarm clocks don’t help, I sleep right through those. I just often feel very sleepy and I think I should sleep more and earlier.
Not in a good way though. The first time was because I was anorexic. And the second time was because my ex refused to buy groceries (when we were still together), causing me to lose weight without any ‘effort’. I was glad I lost the weight of course. But I wasn’t happy how it happened.
during my pregnancy I gained a lot of weight, even though I exercised enough and ate very healthy. It’s been six months since I gave birth to my son. But even though I try very hard to lose weight, it isn’t happening! I hope I will lose some weight in the next 12 months. At least 1 pound per month.
I am a write down freak. I don’t know why. Perhaps because I’m sort of a messy person, yet still a perfectionist.
But I doubt I’ll succeed. I’m not a US citizen. So it’s not that easy.
But I have never been to New York. And I still want to.
I have been using Fireworks since 2001. I am a total addict. I create everything in Fireworks: web designs, logos, pixel art, vector art, photo manipulation, photo editing, print media (greeting cards, business cards). I don’t really like Photoshop (or any other program as much). I can work under Linux, but I need my Fireworks program to work.
During my pregnancy, I had an online journal for my friends and family. I wrote every day, sometimes twice or more. The people loved it and so did I. I did it for two big reasons: to have an archive of what happened for later, that I could give my baby. And the other big reason is because I was going through a rough time. There was eventually a third reason. Many people Googled about pregnancy and everything around it. They ended up at my blog. I am quite sure it must have helped a few people.
I didn’t feel like keeping it all inside, whatever happened in my life – which was a lot at the time. I did want to inform all my friends and family. But telling them all the problems and happenings (financial, health, habitat and pregnancy itself) was too much trouble for me. It was easier to tell them all at once through a journal. I kept on doing this, until some people I knew from my actual real life (a past life) started stalking and harassing me. I was forced to quit my online public journal because of this. And until this day, I regret not continuing somewhere else (perhaps an invitation-only site). Because of all our problems at the time, I was unable to arrange this. I was also in some sort of shock because of the stalkers and needed some offline time, to rest.
But I still regret not going further, even if it was offline or on a for-friends-only site.
When/if I get pregnant again in the future, I will keep a journal. However, I might consider keeping it behind closed doors. For me and my family. Because some people don’t have a life of their own and need to ruin (or at least try to ruin) someone else’s.
But I didn’t get one from my mom. I can’t really blame her. Those things were expensive back then, not just now ;-) I got a PC though. I could afford the parts to build a cheap PC. But I never stopped thinking about a Mac. It was always a desire. Until this day, I am unable to afford one. But I am looking up old Strawberry Macs on the Internet. They’re not easy to get in The Netherlands. Hardly anyone has an old Mac, let alone a Strawberry one! But I will succeed. I will get that pink strawberry mac.
