jog a mile

I finally got up my strength and “wind” enough to jog longer… I even ran a 5k race which is 3.1 miles although I didn’t jog the whole time. I alternated joging and fast walking. I felt a deep sence of acomplishment after I finished. I wasn’t trying to win, of course, only to do the race the best I could… I may try another one in another month or so. It was fun. I continue to train in my health club.
