so haven’t kept you up dated as much as i ment to been busy but yeah i have 73 more days off to an okay start have lost 3 lbs since everything started so that is good haven’t really been jkeeping to a diet though just kinda anything i can eat at whenever i can eat since i have been so busy but i am still running almost everyday and cirque so i guess that is why plus i am happier with this guy i am messing around with and stuff so that is good

so i am starting a weight journal. now that the holidays are over i feel i have 79 days to lost 22 pounds which isn’t nessecarly unhealthy but it is kinda extrem but that is spring break and that is my goal so here it goes i will update ya’ll everyday just to keep myself in check i just have to keep an eye on what i eat and do all the exercise i usually do so here it goes any encouragment you can give me would be greatly appreciated
okay so i am 178 and so happy it took forever it seems to just get passed 180 but now it is like on to the next sum total i want to lose 22 pounds and then i think i will be okay but it has been a obssetion for so long that i don’t know if i get down to that i could stop but i guess i woill worry about that when i get there
