I don’t have the time to do this right now… so rather than looking at it and feeling bad about not doing it I am putting it on the back burner for now.

wOOt! Praticed in the studio for 90 minutes at 105F. I wasn’t sure if I was going to make the whole session but I did. This is a lot more intense than my 30 minute home workouts but, I hope, well worth it.
The instuctor promised us that if we train at least twice a week, “It will change your life.” I’m a believer.
With hot yoga you sweat a lot (even if you don’t normally sweat that much). Consequently, you need to put a towel over your mat. The problem with this is that the towel doesn’t cover the entire mat and can slip. I found this elegant solution: yogitoes (http://www.yogitoes.com/shop.shtml) Not cheap ($50) but I think it will be worth every penny. It is also nice to know that a portion of profits go to things like pediatric AIDS research.
Namaste
I went to Target today and purchased weapons for the battle for healthy feet.
These include Flexitol Heal Balm, and a container for soaking my feet in.

This stuff is great. I applied it a couple of hours ago and already can feel a difference.
