How I did it: Well, you can't really say that you have done this because there are always, and i mean always things to practice or to learn or invite or...last year, i got a book on calligraphy and i decided to try and learn it. i bought pen sets (on ebay they are not so horribly expensive) and dedicated a notebook only for this. Also, in the meanwhile, i've signed up for a japanese calligrapy course. That provided the basics, but learning further woul… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I had a tough time finishing this semester, but i did it! I've had my 11 exams in 3 weeks, so i guess i can call myself a hero:) And the grades are better than i expected them to be when they are made in 3 weeks:)So for now, Summer job, festivals, friends and beer await! How I did it: I usually fold origami cranes and leave them where i finish them, and it was a sudden idea to write something on them. I looked up japanese proverbs at wikiquote and wrote them on the cranes' wings and left them here and there. I wonder if someone found them and what did they think:) Read how I did it…

I’ve been doing quite a weak marketing in the past few years, covering only my friends and relatives and a couple of crafts fairs. So i didn’t go very far with that, but now! Now i got myself together and set up an etsy shop at last. I’ve uploaded 3 books so far, tomorrow i’ll list some other stuff too. At least, i hope to.

This movie is about a girl who goes to farmer relatives for summer holiday. Enjoys the change from Tokyo and this brings her back memories of her childhood. Simple but its so well done, showing travel, change, remembering and above all, being in nature as a way to find ourselves… metaphors, as always, and finding ourselves means finding love too, that’s a cliché, but here it was so nice, slow, sensitive…i loved this movie.
And what i loved even more: There was hungarian music! I felt so strange when heard words of my mother-tongue in an absolutely japanese movie…:D
