Doing pretty well on this goal without even really thinking about it. So far I’ve made mini calzones, this pasta with artichokey sauce-ness, vegetarian sloppy joes, broccoli and ricotta lasagna wraps, corn bread, and a bunch of different kinds of cookies. I think after I’ve mastered a few more recipes I’ll be good to go.

Then it was my turn to step up. I found that not only could I take care of myself, but him as well. That's when I knew I had accomplished my goal. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I just bit the bullet and made an appointment. I won't say where because my experience was terrible. Honestly I was on a budget and the place I picked reflected that. Never again. Read how I did it…
My original goal was to save enough money to move out (basically enough for rent and deposit). Well I did, and then some. This brings me one step closer to another goal…being self-sufficient…and it feels so great.
