I have plenty of good ideas, and I’m a decent writer but I’m just not sure how you take the two and turn them into a book??? Correction – a GOOD book…
I think this is something I would like to do when I’m a little older and a little more worldly wise…

hmm, a year on and I am in a different country but no lighter! I think this goal will last longer than all the others!
this goal should maybe be more about overall fitness really. I’d like to be svelte yes but I’m into strength and agility too. Of which I have bugger all… I’ve never been able to handstand or cartwheel or do the splits so I’m adding these things to this goal. I tried tonight, its going to be a long process! I’m still hulaing although theres been some bruising which put me off for a day but it seems to be getting better. It doesn’t whittle you down or anything but it works on your balance and control and stomach muscles. That and I like to pretend I’m in a old style 1900s circus… ha!
I did some stretches I reckon if I do a bit everynight eventually I’ll be able to do the splits. Mainly this will look cool. thats totally my agenda, I can say at parties, yeah I can do that. The headstand thing, well when I was a kid we all learned but I was pushed once in the playground and feel akwardly and never tried again. Now, some 17 years later I’m trying again. I was pleased to get my feet off the ground for about 2 and half seconds this evening – taking all of my arm and stomach control to manage it. Its damned hard actually, also because I’ve got the fear. I worry I’ll fall and bash myself. But I’m going to keep trying. It will also be cool to do randomly. If I could handstand I’d do it all the time, just because I could. So I’m going to learn, so I can. Also this should improve my general shape I reckon.
The diet’s gone to hell though as work has been absolute hell. A complete nightmare and everyone’s suffering, I feel bad for me and all my co-workers, and we’re taking refuge in chocolate it has to be said. Which I want to stop. I did a juicing thing a while and it was not hard, the hunger I can handle but just really dull, and boredom I can’t cope with so well… Its terribly unsocial to not eat. Need to figure out another way around it, Korea is a bad country to diet in, unless you enjoy a pile of kimchi for breakfast and nothing for the rest of the day. Which I don’t by the way, just to clarify.
