Here is starts. 20 months ago

Sadly my sleeping pattern is all messed up so I had to get myself back on track and didn’t really pay attention to my diet thing but thats not going to stop me from restarting right now. I’ve already got a big box of water and many more so I make sure I never have to drink things like juice which is like filled with sugar. I’m hoping that after a nice nights rest I’ll be able to be up and eat at the proper times during the day. I’m more determined then ever and even made a food diary for the week. So I’m hoping this will go over well and I’ll lose around 5 pounds by next Tuesday. Here goes the fruit diet this week. :) I figure I’ll only do this fruit thing for about a week just for detox of everything and to get on the right track and maybe then I’ll start adding in little by little healthy non fattening foods. Thats why I love water, NO calories.

Needing this more than ever!! 20 months ago

Starting my new diet. I’m excited but scared it won’t work and I’ll waste time on it. But I think cutting my food down to only three fruits a day, 6 bottles of water and 1 hour work out will do. I really, really hope this works. I need to lose this weight by september its so important to me. I’m going to write everyday to tell ya’ll how it goes, maybe this will be the way I finally lose weight. Hope so.

So I’m starting a new diet that well I’ve come up with to fit my needs. Seeing as its hard to cut off all eating, I’ve decided only too eat 3 fruits a day and drink all the water I can. Sure sounds kind of dangerous to not eat all that much but I’ve never really ate healthy, ever and yet the doctor says I have perfect healthy, weird how that worked out. I’m going to work out each day. Going to try for an hour but it might be a little hard. Perhaps I’ll get my sleeping pattern back to regular times. Hope I can lose 40lbs by September.
