I have a new morning routine that i want to follow.
Get up 5am with positive outlook( this will take some time to do, go to sleep 15 min earlyer each and every-day to achieve this so that eventually I fall asleep 10pm.) Pray. take out a quote from my quote jar and read it/motto of the day…Write down my 3 major goals of the day and to-do. Put energizing oil in aromatherapy diffuser+music. Do stretching in bed. Dry brush + moisturize. Do oil pulling, then take 1tbs of coconut oil and drink 2 glasses of water with lemon. Eat a fruit. Go to exercise/swim @ 6:30am. Style my hair and put some makeup while repeating the poem that I read last night( exercise for memory).Drink a smoothie with protein powder.
Then be ready to face the day! :)
I will try to do this and modify anything that doesn’t work. And add up new things as well.

This summer I decided to take swimming courses in order to help me get toned arms. I will do this 15min a day after running on a treadmill. Ive heard its the fastest way to tone your arms. I will also try sauna and cupping. Maybe I could take some before after pictures to see the results…
