So glad that I got steps 4 and 5 done. It wasn’t easy and it wasn’t fun, but it was such a relief to break the logjam (so to speak) and move forward.

So much fun!

Went with the kids on an Oregon road trip that included a couple of stops along the coast. We had a fabulous time that included a jet boat trip in Gold Beach, sandcastle building in Florence, and whale watching in Depoe Bay.
Family dinners rock!

Taking the time and making the effort to share family dinners a couple of times a weeks is one of the best goals I’ve made and reached. I really enjoy the feeling of sharing a healthy meal at the end of the day with my husband and kids…especially if we eat out on deck over the river. Life is good.
