My brother discovered the closest thing we’ve found so far to a Hungarian language textbook. It’s a course designed by the Foreign Service Institute in the 60’s that includes a 300-page pdf file and a bunch of 20-minute mp3s. It’s now in the public domain, and you can download all of it here:

Since no Hungarian classes are offered in my area, I’m hoping that this course’ll get me back on track. :) Also, the site has courses for about 20 other languages, so if you’re interested you should check it out.
