DAY 1

I’ve had the workout program for months now. I’ve done the first excercise twice so far and quit after the first time because my weights weren’t heavy enough. So I went out and bought some heavier weights so I could do this workout the way it’s supposed to be done. I’ll be starting it tonight. I’m rather excited.



Have a 21st Birthday to remember

I’m less than a month away from what should be the best birthday of my life! I’m so excited. I’m going to buy a wig so I can have long hair on my birthday. I’m also going to start an excercise program today so I can look extra fabulous on my b-day!! I’m planning on going to another state and staying there for a day or two. I’m going to go clubbing – HUZZAH!

I went completely gluten-free when I found out that I was allergic to gluten. I feel so much better now! I’ve been eating pretty healthy for almost a year now. I have tons of energy, and I feel great! Organic and gluten-free is def. the way to go!
