I paid off my car…then crashed it! :( But it all worked out. I paid $2000 for it and got $4100 in insurance money. Bought a nicer car and insurance and had money left.

I joined the WI Army National Guard about a month ago. Best decision of my life. My girlfriend’s brother is a Captain, he sort of influenced me. She is also doing it, and we found a job where we’re doing the same thing. We’re going to the Defense Language Institute to learn Arabic for 2 years. We’re going to get married before we go out there, then we’ll hopefully get to live together. Plus if we’re ever shipped we’ll go together. Before I joined, I was headed nowhere. Now I’ve got free college, I can learn a major world language for free that not many people know, and I can do whatever I want. Plus I’m in better shape ;)
