well i’m working on this one , some examples
- use 10 pound hand weights several times a day
- go for a least one 5-10 minute walk a day
- try and do at least 20 sit ups a day
and when snow melts going to try and get my bike out and go for more walks , plus i got a set of golf clubs so going to be using them too .
i’m starting to realise this one is going to take forever , like maybe years and for what ? what does level 7 get me anyways ? oh well i’ll keep it down as a goal and see if i’m any closer in a few months . like to reach level 6 it took like over a year and it was less points .
well its actually happening this year , and considering i bought a set of golf clubs it definity will be . and working at a golf course i’m in the right place you could say . but not sure how good i will be at it , last year i only played once and wasn’t that good but with practice might be ok .
