How I did it
How I did it: I'm a vegetarian in a family full of meat-eaters so finding a recipe that was delicious and could fill all of us happily. I found Baby Spring Artichoke Pasta with Spinach Pesto, a recipe I found on www.rachelray.com. I made a mess and it took me a few hours, but I got it done and it was delicious!
