How I did it: I never thought I could do this. In fact, I have now picked up this goal from my "Given Up" list. So how did I do it? I didn't do anything very particular to lose weight. But two lifestyle changes are: (a) I gave eating meat 1 week before Xmas. (b) I started walking 20-25 miles a week since Xmas.Now, I've lost around 12 lbs over a span of 60 days. Read how I did it…

In the last set I sent, two of them apparently didn’t reach their destination :(
Even before I could chase them up I got my passport with the visa stamped. Could I be more happy! :)
