Now this is the toughest of all my goals, maybe because the results take alot of time to be seen.. anyways, i modified my diet, I am not on a severe diet but I lowered the amount of food I eat in a day, I now eat a healthy breakfast and snak in the morning, a low fat and low calorie lunch and snacl in the afternoon, I didnt really change my supper apart than reducing my portions and I drink alot of water. I use to drink alot of fruit punches and juices, I replaced this with zero calorie fruit water. In a 2 months I lost about 12 pounds, another 60 to go !!
