.drink water with a straw
.consider drinking with crystal light
.carry a large bottle with me and in vehicle
.keep water in freezer
.try gatorade occasionally
.drink one oz of water for every 2 lbs. of body weight
.sip the water over time instead of in large gulps at a time
.eat jello
.add lemon squeezez or orange peels etc to flavor a pitcher
.buy water purifier
.drink eight oz of water four to eight times a day, or based on body weight
.use a glass bottle, with a lid even, to drink out of (plastic has contaminations)
.add halves of lemons or limes to water
.eat foods with high water content, like fruits and veggies
.drink more water in the summer
.dont freeze thin plastic water bottles, the plastic cracks and leaks
.use a hard plastic, or a plastic bottle used to refill (no impurities)
.go to the bathroom before bed to avoid waking in the night to go
.do not drink too much
.dont drink as much while eating, as not to dilute chemicals used for digestion
.dont drink too much gatorade, could increase tooth decay

FUN RECIPEs

)Fruit Water
Cut up tiny wedges of lemons, limes, and oranges etc and freeze them in your ice cubes. Keeps the water cold and is a good way to get some lovely fruit servings and the flavor.

) Jello Water
Make jello and cut or scramble it after it becomes firm. Put some in the bottom of the glass and suck up with the straw!

) Cucumber-Orange H20
6 cups cold water
6 thin slices English cucumber
5 thin slices orange
Chill in refridgerator for thirty minutes before serving

) Herb-Infused Spa Water
6 cups chilled still spring or mineral water
12 thin slices cucumber
4 thin slices lemon
4 sprigs (each 2 in. long) fresh mint, slightly crushed
2 sprigs (each 2 in. long) fresh rosemary, slightly crushed
In a 2- to 2 1/2-quart pitcher, combine water, cucumber, lemon, mint, and rosemary. Serve, or cover and chill at least 2 hours or up to 8 hours. Add ice cubes just before serving

)Sassy Water Recipe/Sassy Water Ingredients
2 liters (3 1/2 pints) water
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
12 mint leaves
Combine all ingredients in a large jug, chill in the refrigerator and let the flavours blend overnight.

)Add JUICE!!!

)Add edible flowers to water

)Mix water and ginger ale, or sparkling water

)Make limeade or lemonade

)Add herbal tea bags

)Add lemon juice or lime juice
