OK I went ahead and joined Sparkpeople.com. It has really helped me keep track of what I’m eating. I have also been doing about 2 hours a week of cardio and maybe 45 mins of weights. I’m eating about 1800-2000 calories a day, but still can’t seem to lose weight. I actually gained back the weight I lost and now am down to 328. I’m not too sure what I’m doing wrong. Any advice? Thanks

Do-Over!

Well, after not doing anything for the past few months, I’m trying to get back on track. I’m going to the gym at least 3 times a week, and trying to eat better and eat less. Right now it seems to be working. I really like going to the gym super early (like 5:30 am), so that’s going to be the best thing for me to do.

I rode my bike to work 5 out of 6 days this week. After work Friday, spent the afternoon riding all over town (an extra 8 miles). My quads are killing me, but eventually I hope they will get better.
