I know that being stuck in that deep pit that is depression is difficult and almost impossible to see how you’ll ever get out. It is possible though. Talk to your doctor, even your general family doctor can help. They won’t laugh, they won’t judge, they will help. Here’s a few links I’ve collected on the subject. Since it could be chronic I kept them even after I felt better.

It’s not easy. We have a monthly one. Some months no one shows other months we fill the place. I would suggest joining (or starting) a local online group and have a monthly get together that’s at the same place and time so people can find it easily. And advertise on WitchVox. Good Luck.
