I love my penpal, she’s funny. It’s great to get letters in the mail verses boring old email. There’s more heart in it I think.

How I did it: Last year I was only working part-time and had way too much free time and was looking for ways to occupy myself with ANYTHING. So I took to the internet to teach myself how to quilt. I got the basic understanding of it, and then next day bought a bunch of fabric, and in less than 3 hours, had a half decent first quilt. Just a small one to snuggle up with on the couch, but none-the-less, still one of a kind!! Read how I did it…
I used to take lots of photos with friends back in high school, but I’ve always been terrible about getting the film developed. Now all I have to do is upload the photos onto my computer and there’s no hassle of wondering where I put that roll of film from 6 months ago.
All I need now is a bigger memory capacity, and I’ll be able to go for weeks without having to empty my camera, verses the short few days in which I take hundreds of photos.
Went to see this at Neptune Theatre in Halifax, NS about 2 years ago. It was amazing, I dressed up for it and everything… one of the actors was really happy to see me, because I was one of the very few who actually dressed up for it. Lots of audience participation. I still haven’t seen the movie though.
