i already run 4-6 times a week. 1 mile on the elliptical then 3 on the treadmill. but i got shinsplints, so now i just have to do 3-4 miles on the elliptical. i’m burning around 300 to 400 calories each visit according to the machines (although i hear they are inaccurate.)
i still consume around 2000 calories though. >< i can’t stop eating… in the middle of the day, i just feel like i have to eat something because it tastes good, and someone in the house will eat it before i do. ]:
