How I did it: Honestly, i'm not competely 'cured' but i'm definately better - only biting when im nervous...well i tend to pull my eyebrows now.To do it i used a combination of handcream, this nails inc cuticle cream (which tastes gross) and painting my nails. Read how I did it…
