And try to remain that way day in and day out. That’s what being stable is all about.

How I did it: By gathering the gumption and just doing it. Whatever it may be... It's something that I can't do all the time, for various reasons (money, energy, time), but always take the chance when the opportunity arises for an adventure - no matter how small (going the wrong way in the city, seeing what's on the other side of the hill). How I did it: I knew right out of highschool that working with people was something I wanted to do. Being a caring individual, I wanted to help people find solutions for their problems. I also love cars and all things mechanical; so being an automotive service advisor was such a perfect fit for me. Sometimes it is hard, but for the most part it is the best career path. When I still played soccer, I had the toughest legs around. But one day, while playing in college, I tore both of my quads simultaneously. Apparently, they never healed correctly and left scar tissue. The injury made me quit playing, and I have had too much going on to recover properly since then. My knees, hips and ankles have all suffered dire consequences for my neglect. Now, I must- by doctors orders- strengthen the muscles so that they may heal properly. I want to have full use of my legs for the rest of my life.
I won’t say. It’s for me to personally accomplish. It’s not the worst habit in the world, but psychologically and emotionally it can be detrimental to my relationship(s), current and future. So, if I really want true happiness – I will keep myself in check and break this habit for good!
