I have always dreamed about setting up my own business… be my own boss, working from home and just enjoy the work I am doing. I am currently working in an accountancy firm… it’s a stable job and i’m getting paid enough to pay my bills and make regular savings, but I know it’s not what I want to do. It’s an extremely boring job, and I feel no achievement whatsoever.

Previously, I used to believe that dreams are unreachable, just fantasies in your head… but after meeting certain people through my life, I’ve come to realise that dreams are not always unachievable. If you choose to chase your dreams, you will be a much happier person, and as it’s your own dream, it gives you so much motivation to succeed, and gives you this feeling of excitement everytime you think about the final result.

Even if I am unable to achieve my dreams, at least I know that I won’t have any regrets later on in my life :)

I’ve started a weird habit of collecting postcards :) ... and I think I’ve also influenced some friends around me to start their own postcard collection too. Lol.

Today I had my first keyboard lesson from a good friend (without charging me!)... he taught me a lot today, and gave me a basic understanding on how to start reading sheet music. I found it very interesting… and it has made me want to learn to play piano even more! He was using these textbooks from when he started playing piano at 6 years old!! Yes, that’s the level I have to start at now :( haha
I will try hard to dedicate time each day to practice the keyboard… because practice makes perfect!! I can’t wait to play my first song!
