then you should get married. Live with the person first though. Get to know them well and remember once you get married don’t think it’s just you and your spouse doing everything all the time together. Keep close to your friends. Balance you friends and you spouse. Make sure you both of some you time. Don’t let your spouse walk out on marriage. It is a vow to eachother. If you can’t honor the vows you set forth then don’t get married. The one thing you must do as well is communicate and be honest. Completely honest. If you are not honest then resentment and hostility will come. That will be after the feelings of betrayal and deceit. And also if you decide to lie make it so believable and never tell anyone. If you must lie then you better be prepared for the consequences.

I am definitely going to get one it’s just a matter of when and what I want. Once I get my lazy butt back in shape I’ll get a heart with my daughter’s name in it on my heart. I think I’m also going to get a dragon on my bicep with it’s tail wrapping around my arm. I’ve always loved dragons. I may also get the standard marriage vows written somewhere too since I hold them in very high regard. I just hope all goes well with mine.
So there I was thinking to myself…my wife is trying to lose weight…I’m a fat mess…how about I do the same? Where to start? Thinking back to when I was in martial arts, Pambuan Arnis to be exact, and what we used to do for warm up and everything. I miss it but I don’t in the same respect. The tulisan, caballero, and mano mano stylings mixed with the family tradition of Pambuan Arnis made it a very unique form. What made me dread it was my dad. Always trying to push me to be better. Always bullying me around here and there about it. I miss the tournaments I went into. I placed in a few of them and felt on top of the world. I also helped with training seminars with Ama Guro Raffy. I don’t know if he is still with Universal Orlando but, if he is you’ll taste some of the best bakery goods ever. He is an amazing gentleman and a wonderful teacher. I think back to when I would train and how I looked up to him and how he treated everyone with the utmost respect and dignity unconditionally. I also reflected back to when I was on the Weightlifting team in high school. I used to bench 220 no problem. Now I don’t know what I can do. I figured it out. When I first started training myself in high school it was pushups every morning and every afternoon followed by more before taking a shower and going to bed. Yeah it looked like I had a bit of fat on me but, if I tensed up my muscles you knew they were there. I caved shortly after the lifting season and stopped. So here I sit today typing this. I started a few weeks ago at 260ish and now I’m down to 220. I am going to continue doing pushups and other non-weight dependent exercises to get my body toned before I begin lifting again. Hopefully I can get myself looking good.
