How I did it: I started on Jan 1st and just did not eat any meat. I still ate cheese and drank milk though. I completed the 30 days and it was over before I even knew it. I guess after about 2 weeks, you really do get used to it. I felt much lighter and had tons of energy. No stomach issues either. And the great benefit of losing some unwanted weight! How I did it: I had to do it fast because I told my nephew about it and so he was all excited and wanted to right there! So was easy- grabbed the camera, went outside, found the shadows and clicked away. Played with various poses and these are my favorites. I am looking forward to trying different shadow times/lengths and with different backgrounds and not just the front door. Read how I did it…
And things have been going great! It is a lot easier than I would have ever thought. The only thing that I had to walk away from was the yummy smell of roast chicken haha but I didn’t touch it. My family has also been a great help with this, loves em!
