Hey guys, I’ve recently decided to try a buddy system with this personal goal.
The point is that you have to report to someone every week about how well you have been working on accomplishing your goal. You set some tasks first, then you work on them hard, and in the end of the week you meet / call your “learning buddy” and confess to them.
My tasks are:
- write my diet for the next day (daily)
- prepare what can be prepared of the meals (daily)
- write down what I have been eating throughout the day (daily)
- buy some tupperware (this weeks special)
- plan my reward and punishment for sticking to / breaking the plan for each day
It makes some pressure on you. I’m trying it only for a few days now, but you my try it out too. Maybe it will get you going.
