Worth doing because being unhealthy isn’t very constructive.

Hallelujah!

get through college

I’ve finished my courses for A Levels, although exactly how well I’ve done in them I won’t know until August 14th.

whine less
Sali1988

I still do moan from time to time, but everyone’s entitled to a bit of a sob and rant from time to time, right? I now see things far less pessimistically and if I have a problem, I don’t go on about it as much to others. You’re welcome to dwell on things (although it’s best not to) but not to tell everyone repeatedly how crappy you’re feeling when things do get you down! It doesn’t help you feel better most of the time!
