Yes please.. I was 181 lbs in january 2008. Now, 10 months later, Im at 112 lbs. :) I want to stop at 105.



stop eating red meat

1 and a half year ago i decided to stop eating red meat. So I did. I have not eaten anything red since, and i have never been tempted. I eat chicken and seafood. I will NEVER eat red meat again, its not good for your body or your brain :)
