Extremely Happy 
How I did it: With very little sleep, lots of books, and pleanty of practise. I travelled thousands of miles to an intensive boot camp in the himalayan mountains to achieve this goal, it was worth every minute of fear on the plane, and I will be going again next year. Read how I did it…
