I did it !
I’ve working out for quite a while now, used a program called SixPackShortcut for 5 months and then did my first P90X round and I am on the best shape of my life !
165 pounds with 85 cm waist size , this the lowest have ever been!

I just started phase 2 now , ans I have seen nice results after phase 1 ; drop in waist line , increase in strenth , increase in muscle size..
