Last week was a total disaster! I was crazy busy at work (I have quite an active job), I was completely run off my feet, didn’t take a break and didn’t have a snack before jogging to fuel up. So after running about five minutes or so, my body gave in and I had to walk. I felt like a total failure, and it was so disappointing.
Today, while there were points that I wanted to stop, I kept going and completed two laps! So that’s 3K in 25 minutes! Yayayayaya!

My skin has seriously improved since I last wrote an entry about this a few days ago. I increased my water intake – though some days are better than others, and I have started to develop a routine of cleansing, toning and moisturising.
Just need to develop this into a regular habit and we’re good to go!

Some days I find that I haven’t even had one full glass. How crazy is that?!
So water, and then a cleansing/moisturising routine… No wonder I look so tired all the time. Hmph.
