I restarted this goal in January of this year, but I didn’t want to rush into it, so I slowly changed my eating habits. Each day I would change a meal during a certain mealtime so that I was eating healthier.
These days, I don’t eat a meal that is high in fat. I’ll eat a pizza here and there, but it isn’t as often as it used to be (ie every day).

I’ve bought my ticket and I’ll be using Zoom Airlines to travel to London’s Gatwick airport. The planned trip will be for a month, and I’m pretty excited that I’ll be going for that long. I can’t believe it’s actually happening, since I’ve been thinking about doing this for a few years now.
