I restarted this goal in January of this year, but I didn’t want to rush into it, so I slowly changed my eating habits. Each day I would change a meal during a certain mealtime so that I was eating healthier.

These days, I don’t eat a meal that is high in fat. I’ll eat a pizza here and there, but it isn’t as often as it used to be (ie every day).



travel at least 3 countries in Europe
Buying the ticket 2 years ago

I’ve bought my ticket and I’ll be using Zoom Airlines to travel to London’s Gatwick airport. The planned trip will be for a month, and I’m pretty excited that I’ll be going for that long. I can’t believe it’s actually happening, since I’ve been thinking about doing this for a few years now.

For some reason, I was procrastinating on this one. Now it’s done. I can now continue with other things :P
