I’ve done this a few times by attending clothing exchanges. A handful of women empty their clothes into a pile on the floor and we each go through the pile to pick out the things we want. The rest goes to Goodwill. I do a much better job of really getting rid of things when I know I might be able to see someone pick it up and claim it as a ‘great find’ and enjoy it. I’m more motivated to get rid of things just so I’m sure I have a sufficient amount of offerings to the pile. Oh, and I’ve never returned home with more than I brought, since the whole act of clearing out my closet is so refreshing!

I’m not a PC-hater, but I highly reccomend going to the Mac. I have had a handful of problems with a Mac at work, all obviously atributed to being connected to a PC server, and one problem on my Mac at home. attributed to me ignoring the many warnings I got about using Norton anti-virus on my Mac. It has been absolutely wonderful otherwise!
