The interview I went to last time (and wrote about) has extended an offer to me! I am so excited!!

The new company looks promising and interesting. Lots to learn and hopely I don’t get overwhelmed and able to adopt to the new environment quickly. Is this the job that can make me happy? I don’t know yet. Gotta wait and see…

On the side note, I didn’t expect how much my current employer appreciates me. Lots of people have given me encouraging words and congratulations. But more people have commented on how valuable a resource I had been to them and they are now sad to see me leave. Unexpected, but I am proud, I guess? :P

I just went to another job interview today. It was.. good I guess? If the interviewers started off the interview as casual conversation with you (though you did not know the interview has already started), and ended the interview with more casual chit chat, does it mean it’s a good sign? Either that means they ran out of questions to ask me ‘cuz I was just too lame, or, they found me friendly and easy to talk to.

I hope it’s the latter. :)

It was a good company with interesting projects. Awesome interviewers who are more than puppet programmers. I hope this is it. =)

Somehow this came easier with a person who’s understand and loving. I always thought it is a one-person job, that I did not try hard enough before. At least that was what I was told before. However, my boyfriend’s continueous encouragement and support made it possible for me.

Sometimes I still want to run away from issues and/or discussions. Sometimes it might have been easier to just lie. But knowing that he will not hold it against me, or look down upon me, or get mad at me even if I speak the truth, made me just that much more confident in myself that I could do it…
