I had my consulation last month and I have been rocking natural hair for about 3 months. It is getting to the point of looking like a hot funky mess right now but I am dealing with it. I will have to sit for 20 hours but I am excited. I will keep you posted on how it turns out.

How I did it: I finally decided to go get a consultation because it was free. When I got there, because I had little "Madonna's" top and bottom there was no surprise when he told me I needed them. What was a surprise was that he had time right then, so I went for a consultation and walked out with braces. My husband was very surprised. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Just bought it from Amazon. I downloading a book to it when it was enroute and it was on the Kindle when I got it a day later. The thing that impressed me was that a paralyzed man wrote a review and said for the first time since his accident, he is able to read a book by himself without having to ask someone to turn the page for him (I think he can do it with his nose). That is liberating. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Researched styles, complaints, found consultants and looked at their work and picked one. Love her and her work. I drive 3 hours to get to her every 6-8 weeks for retightening. Read how I did it…

I can’t decide if this is beneficial to me or not. I don’t know if I still want to do this.
I would love to develop a love for running because it is a lifelong habit that is healthy both spiritually and physically.
